Who we are

Hush Hormones was created from a place of both professional expertise and very personal experience.

I’m Margo Lee — founder of Hush Hormones. I have spent more than 20 years working within the medical industry, with a background in stem cells and regenerative therapies. I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with the Monash Immunology and Stem Cell Laboratories in Melbourne, and internationally renowned fertility specialist Dr. Sam Wood. This experience has given me a deep understanding of the science that underpins women’s health — and a strong voice to speak on these subjects with clarity and care.

But when I faced my own hormone health challenges — living with adenomyosis — I discovered first-hand how much was missing from the kind of care that truly supports women. Too often, we’re told that our symptoms are “just part of being a woman,” that our exhaustion is simply from raising children, or worse — that it’s all in our head.

And yet, more and more women are now bravely coming forward to share their stories — seeking answers, real care, and a deeper understanding of what’s happening in their bodies.

And once we do get that affirming diagnosis, the medical system often focuses on treating the condition, but overlooks the whole woman.

The emotional healing, the physical rebuilding, the daily support that’s needed after years of feeling dismissed, unheard, or misunderstood. Because after so much time spent fighting to be taken seriously, many of us are left a little raw, a little mistrustful — and in need of care that helps restore our trust, our wellbeing, and ultimately, ourselves.

That’s why I created Hush Hormones.
To bridge the gap between clinical knowledge and the nurturing rituals that help us thrive. To surround women with evidence-based tools, supportive practices, beautiful recipes, and science-informed products that honour the whole experience of being a woman navigating hormone health.

At Hush Hormones, we believe that hormone care should be both informed and beautiful — grounded in science, and rooted in self-care. Because feeling better isn’t just about managing symptoms — it’s about creating rituals that nourish you every day.

This is your space. Your body. Your journey. And we are here to support it — with care you can trust.
